Join us for the Aozora's School Year Day Camps! Children will be immersed in Japanese culture and language during the camp as the program is held in Japanese and all of the day-camp themes are specifically selected to deepen the children’s connection and understanding of Japan and Japanese culture. The program is for children from Pre-K to 5th Grade (children born in years 2017-2021). All the activities will be held in Japanese. Thus, attending students must be able to understand Japanese instruction. Children will also enjoy freshly prepared lunch served for the camp.

あおぞらスクールイヤー・デイキャンプへのご案内！あおぞらデイキャンプでは、子どもたちが奥深い日本文化に触れ、日本へのつながりを感じてくれるような題材を選びました。クラスは完全に日本語で行われますので、子どもたちは日本語にどっぷり浸かり日本語を練習をすることができます。対象はPre-Kから4年生まで。全てのアクティビティは日本語で行われますので、教室内での日本語の指示や会話が理解できることが参加の条件となります。ほかほかで美味しい給食もついてきます。

Late Registration Fee

If you sign up your child for a Camp after the Registration Deadline, you may need to pay a Late Registration Fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: $150 processing fee per cancellation or schedule change.

  • Family Credit: $50 processing fee per cancellation or schedule change.

Please note:

  • Registrations can transfer to siblings but not other families.

  • No refunds for closures due to government mandates, snow, or absences due to illness.

Refund/Credit Schedule:

  • 60+ days before camp: 100% refund or credit (minus fees).

  • 31–60 days: 50% refund or credit (minus fees).

  • 16–30 days: 25% refund or credit (minus fees).

  • 15 days or less: No refund or credit.
