In this class, you’ll learn simple, practical techniques to make light, crispy fried dishes without stress or mess — perfect for busy parents.
We’ll focus on:
How to fry with less oil (no deep fryer needed)
How to keep it light, not greasy
Temperature tips (even without a thermometer) and more!

The Aozora Shodo Art Children’s Group Exhibition will be held at The Brick Art and Gifts Gallery The Wall. Curated by Taisan-sensei, the exhibition will run from April 3 through May 5, 2026, and will celebrate the creativity and artistic achievements of our talented young artists.
