In this class, you’ll learn simple, practical techniques to make light, crispy fried dishes without stress or mess — perfect for busy parents.

We’ll focus on:

  • How to fry with less oil (no deep fryer needed)

  • How to keep it light, not greasy

  • Temperature tips (even without a thermometer) and more!

Through finger plays, read alouds, and more, families and children will get to explore the sounds and rhythms of the Japanese language together.

These wonderful events are perfect first introductions to Japanese and story time.

The Aozora Shodo Art Children’s Group Exhibition will be held at The Brick Art and Gifts Gallery The Wall. Curated by Taisan-sensei, the exhibition will run from April 3 through May 5, 2026, and will celebrate the creativity and artistic achievements of our talented young artists.
