Join us this spring for a joyful, story-filled adventure at our Guri & Gura Spring Camp!
Children will step into the world of Japanese picture books through hands-on crafts, cooking, music, and playful activities inspired by the stories they love. It’s the perfect way to explore language, culture, and imagination all at once!
Any children who are able to understand Japanese instruction are welcome.
春のぐりとぐらキャンプで、物語の世界に飛び込む楽しい冒険に出かけませんか？子どもたちは、ぐりとぐらの絵本の世界に入り込み物語にちなんだ工作、クッキング、音楽などの体験型の活動で遊びを通して学びます。言語・文化・想像力をのびのびと育める、特別なひとときです！

For Elementary age children (born 2015–2022)
Our Culture Camp for elementary schoolers offers two class options: one designed for children with Japanese exposure who intend to learn through Japanese immersion, and another for children who may not have any Japanese background but are excited to learn about Japan in English. Both classes provide a fun, hands-on introduction to Japanese traditions through music, arts, and more! Activities are designed to spark curiosity about Japan’s rich cultural world.
This Camp will have an English instruction class as well as a Japanese immersion class!
小学生向けの日本の文化キャンプでは、2つのクラスをご用意しています。
1つは日本語に触れた経験があり、日本語でのイマージョン学習を希望するお子さま向けのクラス。もう１つは、日本語の学習経験がなくても、英語で日本について学ぶことに興味があるお子さま向けのクラスです。どちらのクラスも、音楽やアートなどを通して、日本の伝統文化を楽しく体験できる内容になっています。活動は、日本の豊かな文化への好奇心を育むよう工夫されています。
