Aozora Community (“Aozora” means blue sky in Japanese) is an educational and cultural non-profit organization (501c (3)) located in Brooklyn, NY. 

Our vision is to foster a community of curious, open-minded, and caring global citizens.

At Aozora, our mission is to provide quality education rooted in Japanese values, morals, and spirit. Our preschool offers a 100% Japanese immersion environment, where children grow through language, culture, and meaningful relationships. Beyond preschool, we offer Academy programs, camps, and Japanese classes for adults—creating opportunities for learners of all ages and language backgrounds to engage with Japanese culture.

Through our programs and community events, we strive to create spaces where people can connect, share resources, and celebrate one another.

私たちのビジョンは、好奇心と思いやりを持ち、広い視野で世界と向き合える人々が集うコミュニティを築くことです。

あおぞらの使命は、日本の価値観や道徳、そして精神性を大切にした質の高い教育を提供することです。プリスクールでは、子どもたちが日本語や文化に自然に親しみながら成長できる、100％日本語イマージョンの環境を提供しています。

また、アカデミープログラムやキャンプ、日本語クラス（大人向け）など、年齢や日本語のレベルを問わず、多くの方々が日本の言語や文化に触れ、学べる機会を提供しています。

さらに、さまざまなプログラムやコミュニティイベントを通して、人と人とがつながり、学びや想いを分かち合い、互いを祝福し合える場を大切にしています。
