CLASS LEAD TEACHER (Full Time)

The main role of Class Lead Teacher is to ensure the healthy growth and development of all of the children in the class, to create and implement a rich, engaging and age-appropriate curriculum, to create a safe and healthy environment for the children, to mentor and lead the Class Teachers and the Class Assistant Teachers, and to serve as liaisons between the teachers and the Educational Director.

– Requirements –

• Associate Degree in early childhood education in the US

• Communication skill in both English and Japanese

• Computer skill and literacy

• Interpersonal skills

• Knowledge and understanding of bilingual education is preferable
  
  

JAPANESE LANGUAGE TEACHEr (Part time)

At Aozora Gakuen, we now offer Japanese language class for adults in the evenings. Many of the students of the language class are the parents of the preschool students. We are very excited to create a positive learning environment for both children and parents.

As we have been growing the adult language program, we have decided to seek another Japanese language teacher who can teach Japanese to adults 1-2 nights per week.

– Requirements –

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Japanese language teacher

• Excellent communication skill in both English and Japanese

• Interpersonal skills

• Able to work between 6pm and 8pm
