Cancellation Policy

A family credit is an amount you can use toward a future camp or program at Aozora Community. It has a lower processing fee ($50) than a refund ($100).

Please email us at [email address] with your child’s name and the session you’d like to cancel. The date we receive your email is used as the cancellation date.

Days are counted back from the first day of the canceled session. For example, if the session starts on February 16, a cancellation received on January 20 is 27 days before, so the 25% tier applies.

Yes. Partial cancellations are accepted, and the same cancellation policy applies to the days you cancel, based on how far in advance you cancel.

Refunds and credits are based only on the timing of the cancellation. Within 14 days of the session, no refund or credit is issued for any reason, including illness.
Cancellation Policy
If a parent or guardian needs to cancel their child’s registration, they may choose either a refund (less a $100 processing fee) or a family credit (less a $50 processing fee). The amount is based on how far in advance the cancellation is made, counted from the first day of the canceled session.
No refund or family credit will be issued for any reason for cancellations made 14 days or less before the session.
